    The grA+de - Autonomous Dull Bit Forensic Scanner is a cutting-edge, AI-driven system designed for precise and automated dull bit grading. It provides objective, third-party evaluation of drill bits with metrological repeatability in the order of 1/1000” (25.4µm).

    With the push of a button, the system processes images and autonomously grades the entire bit, cutter by cutter, generating high-resolution, manipulatable 3D visualizations. The system outputs legacy IADC coding, along with supplemental data such as remaining % diamond volume, % cutter volume, and % diamond surface area. Three different heat map wear analyses provide additional insights.
