Custom built twin pump trailer with a climate-controlled cab, 2 - 15000psi 3" 600 short serva triplexes with stainless fluid heads. Oiler  plunger  lubrication  system,  2  speed  gear  boxes,  Allison automatic transmissions, 4x5 mission sand masters, 1 - 3" T&E gear pump for high pressure line suction, open top mixing tanks with variable  speed  paddle  mixers,  FMC  butterfly  valves  with  air actuators, 4" suction hoses, stainless suction fittings, 15000psi iron and  accessories,  Webastos,  Arcticfox  fluid  heaters,  custom  data recording system with Wi-Fi and remote viewing capabilities. This is a true twin with full redundancy on the hydraulic system. 2 new pumps both fluid ends and power ends. and new last year rebuilt curbside transmission.

Oiler plunger lubrication system, 2 speed gear boxes, Allison automatic transmissions, 4x5 mission sand masters, 1 - 3" T&E gear pump for high pressure line suction, open top mixing tanks with variable speed paddle mixers, FMC butterfly valves with air actuators, 4" suction hoses, stainless suction fittings, 15000psi iron and accessories, custom data recording system with Wi-Fi and remote viewing capabilities. QSK50 Cummings engine, Allison transmission with a SPM 4.5" triplex 2250 power end and GD 15000psi stainless steel fluid head. Hydraulic start and sheer system for pre heat, arctic fox in power end fluid, Retrofitted with a complete new hydraulic system and 6x5 mission sand master and PrimeWSI frac controls.

Newly installed Low houred, QSK50, Allison automatic Transmission, 4.5" triplex 2250 power end and GD 15000psi stainless steel fluid head. Hydraulic start and sheer system for pre heat, arctic fox in power end fluid Retrofitted with a complete new hydraulic system and 6x5 mission sand master and PrimeWSI frac controls.

Chemical Injection Package

Custom built trailer with custom electric chemical injection, 3 - 3175kg axles, 14 ply tires, with a WK13-Y backup generator, 4 Graco peristaltic injection pumps, 4 VFD's, 4 tote paddle mixers, to a custom controller with auto injection, spill containment, wifi and remote operating. One pump for Biocide 0.026LPM to 1.12LPM.One pump for clay stabilizer 0.049LPM to 2.27LPM and 2 pumps for FR’s at 0.15LPM to 5.3LPM
